Cancellation Terms

Anglers Edge Marketing offers three packages, each with a minimum contract term:

  • $150/month package: 24-month minimum contract.
  • $295/month package: 18-month minimum contract.
  • $495/month package: 12-month minimum contract.

If you choose to cancel within your contract period, an early termination fee will apply. If you cancel after your contract period has ended, no cancellation fee will be charged.


How to Cancel Your Services

To cancel your services, please follow these steps:

1. Submit Your Cancellation Request
To begin the cancellation process, please send a written request via email to your account manager or contact us at [support@anglersedgemarketing.com]. We will respond within 1 business day to confirm receipt of your request.

2. Review of Contract Term
We will review your account to determine if your contract term has been fulfilled:

  • Outside the contract term: You can cancel without any penalties.
  • Within the contract term: An early termination fee will be applied.

3. Early Termination Fee
If you are still within your contract term, the early termination fee is 50% of the remaining monthly payments until the end of your contract term. Here’s how the fee is calculated based on your package:

  • $150/month package: 50% of the remaining payments for the 24-month term.
  • $295/month package: 50% of the remaining payments for the 18-month term.
  • $495/month package: 50% of the remaining payments for the 12-month term.

We will send you a detailed breakdown of any applicable fees in your cancellation confirmation email.


Next Steps After Cancellation

1. Service Termination
Once you’ve confirmed the cancellation, your services will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle unless you request immediate termination. If you prefer, we can also arrange for an earlier service end date.

2. Transfer of Website
If you wish to keep your website after cancellation, we offer the option to transfer the website to your hosting platform. Please let us know if you would like to transfer your site. A transfer fee may apply depending on the technical work required.

3. Final Invoice
After your services have been terminated, we will send you a final invoice. This will include any applicable early termination fees or transfer fees. The invoice will be due as per the standard payment terms.
